Fish + Chips
Superb service from Josh, our server. Our food was excellent. Prices seem fair, especially when comparing to other Bend eateries. Drinks were great.
Fresh Striped Bass Ceviche
We came with 7 guests on a saturday noght for a birthday dinner. We are a group of foodies and used to eating at high end restaurants. One of our group suggested hook and plough. We want things to be done right on all levels from the food to the service to the ambience wine etc and we are very discerning and while polite quite picky and demanding! Im pleased to say Hook and Plough blew us all away/ Our meal was flawless, absolutely fantastic from the chillean sea bass to the ribeye to the special risotto. The clam chowder was off the charts and the panko avacodo a surprise highlight. It was to all extents and purposes perfect. I went to the kitchen to thank the chef and was astonished such a high level of food was coming from such a small cramped kitchen. The chefs were on it, it was hot, cramped, but they were focussed and banging out one top notch plate after another. Rachel was our server and flew back and forth tirelessly to accomadate our many requests. Im not sure if she was manager or running fron tof house staff that night but certainly has the skills for it. The wine list was great, we paired the silver oak with the ribeye - sublime. If I can think of one think that wasn't quite right - Im really stumped and cannot. Well done guys that quite an achievement coming from this picky bunch of foodies!

8 oz Osso Bucco & Pappardelle
Succulent, tasty and just the right amount of ingredients to not smoother the Osso Bucco. I would order it again and recommend it to others.
